About Mangum Talks –
Mangum Talks was created by Spencer and Lee to host convos about TV shows, movies, books, sports, or whatever else is rattling around in their heads.
The idea came out of increasingly expanding (and occasionally heated) phone conversations Spencer and Lee started having after episodes of their favorite shows. These conversations broke down the episode, had some theory crafting, speculation and generally the hottest of hot takes. Their podcasts are the same.
GoT Questions was their flagship show, breaking down HBO’s Game of Thrones. Now, the network has expanded to cover dozens of shows across different channels, as well as books, writing, food, comedy…
And, the roster of hosts has grown to (at last count) six, each jumping into podcasts that focus on their thing — or their next thing.

Lee lives in sunny, lovely North Carolina and enjoys cooking, the NBA, playing with his cats, and that time The Undertaker threw Mankind off the top of Hell in a Cell. He also spends a huge amount of time filtering listener comments for Spencer.

Spencer resides in American’s most unnecessary appendage, Florida, and his hobbies include talking, mumbling, dropping Truth Bombs, and occasionally smiling. He also would prefer never to talk about anything personal, which is going great for him as a podcast host.

BJ lives in the swampy part of North Carolina, and he’s a founding member of Mangum Reads and As the Wheel of Time Turns. He’s also the instigator of bad ideas such as Fast Food Furious. He’s been bringing irreverence to unnecessary corners of various podcasts since the day he joined the group. No pun intended (the pun is always intended).

Sarah
Sarah can usually be found with her nose in a book, taking a sedate walk with her dog, running the trails, knitting an unnecessary sweater, or rooting for the heels on Friday Night Smackdown. She started her own podcast to try to trick herself into writing again (and for a break from BJ’s puns).
